Your records live only on your phone, so move them yourself: on the old phone, open Settings → Backup → Create a backup and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone. On the new phone, use Settings → Backup → Restore. Export to CSV is for spreadsheets and can’t be restored.
Contributions are an optional thank-you; every feature is free either way. For a refund, request it from the store you paid through: Google Play or the App Store.
There is nothing to restore after a contribution: every feature is already yours, so a new phone has exactly the same app as the old one.
